Finding out you’re autistic is just the beginning.

It’s a chance to understand yourself in a whole new way, and let go of the pressure to be someone you’re not. I’m here to help you unpack what this means for you, so you can stop just getting by and start feeling at home in your own life.

Hi! I'm Claire.

I’m so glad you found your way here! If you’re a late-identified autistic adult like me, life may have felt like an endless struggle—masking, perfectionism, relentless self-criticism, and wondering why you never got a copy of the social rulebook everybody else seemed to know by heart. My AuDHD diagnosis at 53 was a lightbulb moment, finally making sense of my life.

But that understanding came with challenges: how do you undo years of masking and stress to live more authentically? I tried various therapies, but most practitioners didn’t get it. Without the lived experience of being autistic, how could they?

I reimagined my hypnotherapy and coaching practice to create a safe, understanding space for people like us. I know what it’s like to feel unseen, unheard, and unsupported by methods designed for neurotypical thinking styles, and I saw the power of tailored support that genuinely resonates with our experiences as late-identified autistic adults.

“My colours ran all over the page, poured out of the lines and meshed together to form colours no one had yet recognised. I was different–unique, bold, strong, smart, and hard-headed. I was simply me.”

What makes this different?

no translation required

You won’t need to spend precious time explaining why your brain works differently—mine does too! I already get it. We can just skip that bit and focus on what we’re here to do, making every moment count.

Come As You Are

Leave your mask at the door. Don’t want to make eye contact? Neither do I. Hate small talk? Good, let’s get straight to the point. Rock, hum, bring your favourite stim toy or stuffie—comfort is a priority. Be you.

Sensory-Focused Techniques

Tailoring techniques to your sensory preferences allows us to communicate with the deeper parts of your mind in a way that feels most natural to you—no need to describe your feelings in words.

rapid, lasting results

My approach gets straight to the core of your issues, allowing rapid, permanent changes in thought, feeling and behaviour patterns. Profound transformation is possible in just a few sessions.

This isn’t about fixing you — because you aren’t broken. It’s about helping you release what’s holding you back so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and calm.
